Warning Signs Checklist
Check if you experience breathing difficulties during these activities:
- Walking at your normal pace
- Walking quickly when in a hurry
- Alternating between standing and sitting
- Changing clothes
- Taking a bath
- Speaking loudly for an extended period
- Experiencing anger or crying
- Climbing stairs up and down
Important Note: Even if you experience difficulty with just one of these activities, it warrants attention. The more items you identify with, the more severe your breathing function decline may be, requiring immediate attention!
