Weekend workouts, on the other hand, are like a long-anticipated feast. While this type of exercise can replenish energy in a short time, it may also bring some small risks. For instance, sudden high-intensity exercise might cause discomfort or even injury. For those with tight schedules, try to incorporate some physical activity into your workdays using fragments of time. For example, choose to walk up and down stairs, or try standing while working – these are simple yet effective small changes.

When the weekend comes, if you plan to have an exercise feast, remember to warm up properly, let your body gradually get into the state, and control the intensity of exercise to avoid excessive fatigue. After all, we’re pursuing health, not momentary extreme challenges.

Ultimately, a healthy lifestyle isn’t a multiple-choice question. It requires us to make the most suitable choices based on our own life rhythms and physical conditions. So, whether it’s daily light steps or weekend full sprints, find your balance point and make exercise a part of life rather than a burden. This way, we can find our own health and happiness amidst the busyness.
